What we collect
When you submit a quote form, we collect what you provide — name, email, county, and the description of your enquiry. Nothing else from forms.
We collect basic technical analytics via Matomo (self-hosted at mana.ie/stats): pages visited, anonymised IP (last octet stripped), referrer, browser type, time on page. This is for traffic-quality understanding only.
What we do with form data
Form submissions are sent to (a) us, so we can route the enquiry, and (b) one or two SEAI-registered retrofit contractors from our panel selected by your county and enquiry type. The receiving contractor may keep your contact details for follow-up; we ask them not to use them for general marketing without your consent. To redact your enquiry from our records, email hello@hpsgroup.ie.
What we don't do
We don't sell email lists. We don't run remarketing pixels. We don't share Matomo data with third parties.
