Lead-routing fees
When a user submits a quote form on this site, we route the enquiry to a small panel of SEAI-registered retrofit contractors. Receiving contractors pay us a small flat lead fee (€25–€60 per qualified enquiry). You, the user, pay nothing. This is the site's primary revenue model.
Trademarks and brand names

Use here is nominative — referring to those products, providers and schemes in the context of independent commentary, comparison and routing — and does not imply affiliation, endorsement or partnership.
Specifically: we are not affiliated with HPS Group (Carrigaline, Cork), the active construction and insulation business that operated this domain from 2012 to 2025. References to HPS Group on our editorial pages (homepage, Cork insulation comparison, Cork window installers comparison) are descriptive editorial commentary on a Cork-based retrofit contractor as one of several local options. The references are not impersonation, do not use HPS Group's logos, do not copy their visual identity, and do not imply HPS Group endorses or owns this site.
Pricing accuracy
Published cost ranges and grant amounts on this site are indicative bands built from current SEAI grant tables, contractor-published prices and industry research as of April 2026. Actual quotes vary by contractor and specific scope. We refresh pricing tables quarterly; flag corrections via contact.
Conflicts
If you spot what looks like a conflict of interest — a contractor we route to that we've reviewed favourably without disclosing — please tell us. The lead-routing model is meant to be neutral; if it isn't operating that way in practice we want to know.
